9 times out of 10, if you iPad is being glitchy, follow these steps:
1) Refresh your screen.
2) Try to exit the app, and clear all active apps. Then go back in to what you were working on.
3) Shut down your iPad and turn in back on.
4) Don't stress. Contact the tech department and they will be able to help you out!
Think to yourself: is there another way I can demonstrate that I tried? Example: another device? do it on paper? use a different app?
